The MoD Office Supplies framework agreement was awarded in collaboration with a number of large government departments. By aggregating their volumes, this agreement has leveraged extremely competitive prices and will deliver substantial savings. Expiring in September 2011, public sector customers can register for this framework to obtain their stationery, electronic office supplies, magnetic media and paper requirements, where pricing has been pre-agreed with the suppliers.

MoD Suppliers and Contact Details
Information required as part of an expression of interest:
- Contracts or frameworks agreements (which suppliers) that you are currently using to service your Office Supplies requirement and the expiry date of those agreements?
- Whether you are interested in all of the Lots or only some of them?
- What the current approximate annual value is of your current arrangements? (split by the MoD lots if possible i.e. Stationery, Electronic Office Supplies / Magnetic Media and Paper)
- You agree that any information provided to you is strictly commercial in confidence and should not be used in conjunction with any third parties.
- Organisations agree that if planning on moving from one Buying Solutions collaborative framework agreement to another, they must give their incumbent supplier 3 months notice of their intention to change arrangements?
